Known as “the most creative publicist in luxury real estate” and a “secret weapon” for new development marketing, Yael draws on fifteen years of industry expertise. Before founding Agency Esta, she spent over a decade in leadership roles at the sector’s biggest firms—serving as Vice President at M18 Public Relations and a founding member of Optimist Consulting. She has also led major placemaking projects for PURPLE.

She has an innate ability to curate talent, cultivate deep relationships, and translate brick-and-mortar properties into living identities.

Yael with her team has reshaped the perception of entire regions — building excitement for the Gowanus revival with 499 President, sparking a new cool era on the Upper East Side with THE 74, and drawing global attention to Punta del Este with Fasano Las Piedras.

Prior to joining Agency Esta, she was the Communications Director for the renowned architecture and design firm Jeffrey Beers International (JBI), where for eight years she reported directly to the late Founder Jeffrey Beers, COO/CFO and Partners.

Jackie Godsey

Jackie brings 20+ years of experience, specializing in design, architecture and real estate. She comes to us from McGraw PR, where she served 10 years in senior leadership.

While at McGraw, Jackie was responsible for the development and execution of strategic campaigns for design clients including Restoration Hardware, STARK, Janice Parker Landscape Architects, Jamie Drake, Fox-Nahem, Studio Four NYC and more. She has also worked closely with national developers and hospitality groups including AM Trust, Tishman, Brookfield, Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt on mixed-use developments, luxury residential towers, hotel repositionings and branded residences.

Prior to that, Jackie worked for other top New York PR agencies where she spearheaded successful media campaigns for high profile global accounts including Knoll International, Santiago Calatrava, Apartment Therapy, National Geographic, Hearst Brand Development, and more.

Jenny Mushkin Goldman

Jenny has over 15 years of experience in the New York art world spanning gallery leadership, exhibition planning, sales, and communications.

Prior to joining Agency Esta, Jenny was the inaugural Director of Nunu Fine Art’s New York gallery from 2023 to 2025, where she oversaw press and media outreach, managed social media, and directed the launch of its second NYC location. She also served as Director of Monica King Contemporary in Tribeca and its successor Monica King Projects, and earlier worked at Jeff Koons Studio, where she liaised with museums, galleries, and auction houses and served as a press liaison.

Jenny is known for her curatorial vision, extensive art world press network, and deep relationships across artists, collectors, and gallerists in both emerging and blue-chip circles.

Blake Arrowood

Blake is a brand strategist and sustainability consultant with over a decade of experience at the intersection of hospitality, sustainability and placemaking.

He is also the visionary behind Arrowood Farms, where he turned 40 acres of fallow farmland into New York State’s first organic hopyard and then a celebrated brewery, distillery, and hospitality destination.
