Yael Gewant

founder & ceo

Yael is the visionary behind Agency Esta and the pioneer of Kaleidoscopic Storytelling, a proprietary methodology that refracts brand narratives through infinite angles to unlock their full potential.

Known as “the most creative publicist in luxury real estate” and a “secret weapon” for new development marketing, Yael draws on fifteen years of industry expertise. Before founding Agency Esta, she spent over a decade in leadership roles at the sector’s biggest firms—serving as Vice President at M18 Public Relations and a founding member of Optimist Consulting. She has also led major placemaking projects for PURPLE.

She has an innate ability to curate talent, cultivate deep relationships, and translate brick-and-mortar properties into living identities.

Yael with her team has reshaped the perception of entire regions — building excitement for the Gowanus revival with 499 President, sparking a new cool era on the Upper East Side with THE 74, and drawing global attention to Punta del Este with Fasano Las Piedras.

Her vision for Arrowood Farms, Lasting Joy Brewery, and Klocke Estate has positioned the Hudson Valley as the East Coast’s answer to Napa Valley.

Victoria Hood

VICE PRESIDENT, Design & Hospitality

Victoria has nearly 20 years of communications and public relations experience across architecture and interior design, hospitality, and food and wine.

Prior to joining Agency Esta, she was the Communications Director for the renowned architecture and design firm Jeffrey Beers International (JBI), where for eight years she reported directly to the late Founder Jeffrey Beers, COO/CFO and Partners.

Jessica Moody

VICE PRESIDENT, REAL ESTATE

Jessica Moody is a seasoned PR professional for B2C and B2B communications, supporting businesses across real estate, fashion, food, and luxury interior design. She is highly regarded for her work at Interior Marketing Group, where she oversaw marketing, PR and social media.

Jenny Muskin Goldman

managing director, Arts & Culture

Jenny comes to the firm with 15 years of experience in the NYC art world as a gallery director, independent curator and communications manager. As an independent curator, she has produced multiple exhibitions for galleries and cultural institutions. She completed her Master’s in Art History at Hunter College. Jenny is plugged into an amazing network of artists, collectors and gallerists, burgeoning and blue chip.

Blake Arrowood

Managing Director, SUstainabilitY & placemaking

Blake is a brand strategist and sustainability consultant with over a decade of experience at the intersection of hospitality, sustainability and placemaking.

He is also the visionary behind Arrowood Farms, where he turned 40 acres of fallow farmland into New York State’s first organic hopyard and then a celebrated brewery, distillery, and hospitality destination. His vision was a catalyst for the Hudson Valley’s craft beverage renaissance and agri-tourism boom. Through this work, he also became a recognized voice in craft beverage, tourism, and community-driven economic development.
